Return and Refund Policy Overview

Adonis Custom Home Improvements (“the Company,” “we,” “our,” or “us”) provides professional interior construction and renovation services, including but not limited to painting, drywall installation and repair, finish carpentry, and home improvements work.

This policy outlines our terms for payments, project cancellations, service adjustments, and warranty coverage.

Because our work consists of custom labor and materials purchased specifically for each client, traditional “returns” do not apply. Instead, this policy explains how refunds or adjustments may be handled in situations where services have not yet been rendered or where issues arise with completed work.

1. Deposits & Payments

1.1 Deposit Requirement

A deposit is required to schedule and begin work. Deposits are used to secure labor, allocate project time, administrative prep work, and purchase materials specific to your project.

• Standard deposit: 30%–50% of total project cost (varies by project size).

1.2 Payment Schedule

Payment terms will be detailed in your written estimate or contract.

Common stages include:

• Deposit (due at acceptance)

• Progress payments (for multi-day or large projects)

• Final payment (due upon completion of agreed services)

Failure to provide timely payments may delay project progress.

2. Cancellations & Refunds

2.1 Deposits:

All jobs require a deposit to secure materials and reserve project start date. Deposits are non-refundable.

2.2 Cancellations by Client:

If the client cancels the project after the deposit has been paid, the deposit will not be refunded, as it covers administrative time, scheduling, availability, and material procurement.

2.3 Cancellation by Company:

If the company most cancel the project for any reason beyond our control, the deposit will be fully refunded to the client ( except the costs of paints or materials bought in advanced. Receipts will be provided as well ).

2.4 Paint, Materials, Custom or Special-Order Items

All Paints, Materials, Special-order, customized, or made-to-measure products purchased for your project are non-refundable under any circumstances.

3. Project Adjustments & Change Orders

Any modifications to the original scope of work must be submitted and approved in writing.

Changes may affect:

• Total project cost

• Completion timeline

• Materials required

Additional charges must be paid before the added work begins.

4. Service Warranty & Workmanship Guarantee

We stand behind the quality of our work.

4.1 Workmanship Warranty

Adonis Custom Home Improvements provides 1 years workmanship warranty on labor performed, covering defects directly related to our installation or service.

This warranty does not cover:

• Damage caused by customer misuse, neglect, or external factors

• Normal wear and tear

• Structural movement, water intrusion/ leaks, mold, or existing issues beyond our control

• Work modified by another contractor or individual

4.2 Paint & Material Warranties

Manufacturer warranties (e.g., for paint, finishes, wood trim, etc.) apply where available.

We are not responsible for manufacturer defects.

5. Unsatisfactory Work or Complaints

If you are dissatisfied with any portion of the completed work:

1. You must notify us within 7 days of completion.

2. We will schedule an inspection and provide reasonable corrections at no additional cost, as long as the issue is covered by our workmanship warranty.

Refunds are not issued for dissatisfaction when the work meets the written project scope, industry standards, and conditions outlined in the original agreement.

6. No Show / Access Issues

If our team arrives and cannot access the property due to client issues (locked out, no power, unsafe conditions, over crowded work area with other trades outside our company, etc.):

• A trip fee may be applied.

• The project schedule may be delayed.

7. Liability Limits

Adonis Custom Home Improvements LLC is not responsible for:

• Pre-existing structural issues or damages

• Hidden conditions discovered during work

• Damage resulting from improper maintenance by the client

• Delays caused by weather, supply shortages, or conditions outside our control

Our liability is limited to the total value of the project contract.
